Just finished making 10 dozen Cornbread Muffins for City Hall

We enjoyed our evening at the Spring Gala. Menu: Apricot-Pineapple glazed ham, Chicken Parmesan, Red Roasted potatoes, grilled fresh vegetables, garden salad, fruit salad and two desserts... lemon bars and old fashion chocolate chip cookies. A delicious evening was had by all. Many, many positive remarks
