Tampa Bead Show

TAMPA, FL: Bead Mercantile Show returns March 12-13; Sat 10am-5pm and Sun 10am-4pm at Florida State Fairgrounds:
Special Events Center ~ 4800 US Hwy 301 N, Tampa, FL 33610
Use the Dr. MLK Jr Blvd Entrance and follow signs.
(Parking fee is $8 per Fairgrounds, not us)
We are open to the public.
Admission is discounted from $6 to $3 cash only/weekend pass when you register (link below if you did not receive our email)
(credit cards can be used for product purchase)
Please help spread the word to your friends, both beady and non-beady as we will also have finished jewelry (hand-made as well as Silver-Plated pendants, rings & earrings), minerals, crystals, metaphysical items, and ethnic items. We will have beads of all kinds-- gemstones (precious/semi-precious), pearls, lava, wooden, African & hand-crafted paper beads, and the east-coast’s largest traveling display of over 4000 seed beads! We will also have Chain, Pewter, hand-made PMC by Turtle Soup Designs, Wire, Bead Spinners & more!
Workers Needed:
1 - Also, if you or anyone you know would be interested in assisting us with set up and breakdown (able to lift up to 30 pounds & walk/be on feet throughout shift.
- Set up: Friday March 12th: 11am-3pm (1 - 2 people ~ $15/hour cash)
- Tear Down: Sunday March 13th: 7:30pm-10:30/11pm (1 - 2 people ~ $15/hour cash)

Our Bead Mercantile Show returns to St. Augustine this weekend, Sat., March 5th, 10-5 & Sun., March 6th, 10-4 at World Golf Village Renaissance / St. Johns Convention Center (Legends 1 & 2 Halls) ~ 500 South Legacy Trail, St. Augustine, FL, 32092. We are open to the public. Admission is just $3 when you register; $6 regular (cash only – credit cards can be used for product purchases at the show) and parking is free!

Please help spread the word to your friends, both beady and non-beady as we will also have finished jewelry (hand-made as well as Silver-Plated pendants, rings & earrings), minerals, crystals, metaphysical items, and ethnic items. Hello, Pittsburgh! Reminder that we are here this weekend with 11 exhibitors—the most since the pandemic! Still at The Comfort Inn & Suites RIDC Park at 180 Gamma Drive Pittsburgh, Pa.

Hello. We hope you are all well. In case you have not seen our website, we are NOT doing a show in Tucson at this time.
This decision was not easy, but in light of ongoing concerns regarding health/safety and travel, at a show that requires a larger number of buyers for success, at a time when that cannot be guaranteed due to buyers' similar health concerns, as well as travel disruptions and fuel costs, we decided to cancel the event. Unfortunately, this was a catch22 as the health or success risks increased and decreased in direct proportion.
We WILL be returning to Tucson for our fall event September 1-4, at the Best Western Tucson Airport. A reminder will be sent closer to the event with dates and show times.
We also are having the following events which are more focused on regional buyers in smaller attendance--
Feb 19-20: Philly Area (Essington, PA)
Feb 26-27: Pittsburgh, PA
March 5-6: St. Augustine
March 12-13: Tampa
March 18-20: Miami, FL
April 9-10: Raleigh, NC
April 23-24: York, PA

There are some expressions that don't really make full sense until they hit home in an instant. "Heavy heart" is what just came crashing in on me in a moment of clarity. It is with heavy heart that I need to announce to our exhibitors and buyers, that Mr. Arun Shah of Bollywood Bead Company, LLC. is no longer with us. His passing is a devastating loss to us and the world. He was always smiling and always trying to get everyone around him to smile. He was more than an exhibitor at our shows. He was a friend. At times even sharing an AirBnB, and many meals and laughs. When we first spoke, it was about business. His schedule often clashed with mine but he said "Keep calling me bc I know I will be doing your shows and I know we will be friends." He was correct on both counts. Doing Bead shows and traveling together friendships and bonds are formed. I know this man ALWAYS had my back. I wish our time was longer but I am grateful for the time we had.
I apologize that it took me 2 days to post this. I just couldn't bring myself to articulate this after receiving the news Friday morning. This photo I chose is the best representation of his personality and spirit. A photo speaks a thousand words, as we shed a thousand tears.
