We’re very sorry to let you know that El Gato in Essex will be closed today and tomorrow due to an AC malfunction. The reason for the closure is that we want to make sure you enjoy our dishes in a comfortable environment — and that our team can serve you in the same comfort.

We’ll keep you updated on the AC situation. Thank you so much for your understanding!

But don’t worry — you can still get your Gato fix!
• Today: The El Gato truck is at the St. Albans Farmers Market until 2 PM.
• Tomorrow (Sunday): Join us for one of our famous Gato Block Parties at Severance Corners Apartments — open to the public from 5 PM to 7:30 PM!
