Felicidades mi Abuelita. Today would have been your 86th trip around the Sun. I still walk into your kitchen and expect to see you there, cooking for everyone, hungry or not. Instead, I hear you in my thoughts, most especially when I’m cooking myself. Thank you for planting the seed so many years ago. You were right about almost everything, and I wish you could see what this has all become. We’re just getting started Mama. Just you watch. Te amo. ❤️
