Our Event Managers and Chefs personally meet with his/her clients to design and customize a unique and beautifully presented menu within their budget. Coast believes that quality and presentation are two very important and essential aspects of catering to ensure guests have an unforgettable experience. We also operate a full service rental company that includes: china, flatware, glassware, tables, chairs, kitchen equipment, lighting, dance floors, staging, draping and specialty high end linen options and decor. Our company offers day of coordination and vendor referral services and packages. We also assist with handling valet, transportation, stationery and creative talent. Coast Catering Director of Operations, Barry Layne, also provides consulting services for clients and has been successful in consulting for many restaurants and catering establishments throughout San Diego and Orange County. Coast Catering always strives to provide a one stop shop in order to make the event planning process a seamless and carefree one!

A new gallery just hit our inbox & we couldn’t wait to share Jared & Vanessa’s absolutely stunning wedding day at 💍✨
For cocktail hour, their guests were tray passed Tuna Tartare Tacos, Coast Beef Slider & our crowd-favorite Mac n Cheese Bites 🧀
For dinner, they selected our plated Prawn Mango Salad & our family style Char Siu Slow Braised Boneless Beef Short Rib, Miso Glazed Barramundi, Stir Fry Vietnamese Broccolini & Fried Rice- all made gluten & dairy free! 🫶 Their vegan guests were treated to our delicious, Mock Fried Chicken with a warm fingerling potato salad 🤤

Kali & Dan tied the knot exactly two months ago with a beautiful seaside celebration at the Scripps Seaside Forum 💍 ✨
Cocktail hour had no shortage of food & consisted of Tuna Tartare Tacos, Medjool Dates, Mac n Cheese Bites, Arrachera Sirloin Tostadas, a Sushi Station, Artisan Cheese Grazing Station & our Crudite Display 🤤
For dinner their guests were treated to our Local Organic Greens Salad & their choice of Slow Braised Boneless Beef Short Run, Miso Glazed Barramundi or Wild Mushroom & Potato Gnocchi 🍽️
They finished off the dining portion of the evening with Chocolate Pot Du Creme, Vanilla Bean Crème Brûlée Tartlets, a stunning cake from & Burgers and Fries for a late night snack 🍔🍟
