Catering for an exquisite Bharatanatyam Arangetram at The Star Theatre!

It was exquisite for a lot of different reasons .. The most important of all is the artist who did this traditional solo debut dance performance! She is not an Indian descendant and she learned this art form completely out of love for the art for over 10 years to have an amazing performance.
Kudos to her❤️👏👏.

We did a customized menu with vegetarian and vegan food for intermission snacks followed by dinner for this grand event.
