Hey y’all 💛

I rode by this old barn and my old home
Place the other day…
My daddy built it back around 1972, right here on Rice Creek. It’s stood the test of time and I’m so PROUD it’s still there! ❤️

I grew up around this place… barefoot in the grass, long summer days in the to***co fields, and more memories than I could ever count. It’s funny how something like this can take you right back in a heartbeat 🥹

And no matter how far life takes you, there’s just something about coming back home to Flag Pond… it just settles your soul a little different.

That’s why this weekend means so much to me 💛

I’ll be set up Saturday at the Ramp Festival in front of Rice’s Store, and it truly means the world to bring my lemonade back home—to the very place that raised me 🍋

So I figured I’d do something a little special for my hometown folks 👇

I would love to sell lemonade, by the cup at the festival, but I just don’t have access to water in front of Rice‘s store so I figured these gallons are the best way to do it this time!

Some folks think festival vendors pull up to Old Oak with a cute little lemonade pitcher and a smile. 😂

Honey, it’s 100
pounds of sugar, enough lemons to start a grove, berries by the pound, cups and jugs stacked to the ceiling, coolers full of ice, and a Suburban praying all the way to Greeneville.

This is what getting ready for Old Oak Festival really looks like.

We don’t just bring lemonade… we bring the kitchen sink! 😂😂🍋

And yes… Mixed Berry and Strawberry are both coming back to defend their titles.
