The Crosby Way is a non profit organization that helps shine a positive light on the inner city youth of Erie Pa. We realize that every kid has a talent but unfortunately every kid does not have the support that he/she needs to pursue them. We not only train but we film everything to show progression we also go to the games as well. The main goal is for your child to be and to be seen as the true

champion that he/she is. We range from football, basketball, music to wrestling it doesn't matter. What makes The Crosby Way Different? you may ask, well for example. Lets say your child is already being trained by someone, well now The Crosby Way can be use to film your child being trained by that person. Another example, Lets say you already film your child's games well The Crosby Way can be used to edit the footage to make a highlight film.

A huge congratulations to Coach Shannon Pullium on achieving his momentous 326th career win, officially making him the all-time boys basketball wins leader in Erie's Public Schools history!

On Tuesday, December 30, 2025, the Erie Royals secured a 69-45 victory over Chapmanville Regional (WV) in the Sunshine Classic in Florida, a win that propelled Coach Pulliam past the legendary Al Calabrese for the top spot on the list.

Coach Pullium, a standout player at East High and Slippery Rock University, has dedicated his career to the Erie community. His legacy includes:

A long, successful tenure at Strong Vincent High School, where he led the team to the 2017 PIAA state finals.
Multiple District 10 championships and league titles throughout his career.

An induction into the Metro Erie Chapter of the Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame.

This record is a testament to his dedication, leadership, and positive impact on generations of young athletes in Erie. The Erie community is incredibly proud of this historic achievement!

Coach Pullium will be officially recognized for his record-breaking win at the Royals' next home game on Friday, January 2nd.
