Last weekend, I had the pleasure of being part of a beautiful small wedding at Port Farms in Waterford, PA. It was a great reminder that you don’t need a huge wedding to have an incredible time—when you have the right people surrounding you, a smaller wedding can bring just as much fun and energy! The ceremony was personal and meaningful, the cookies and cupcakes were amazing, and it was especially great to see the bride and groom enjoying themselves on the dance floor for most of the night. Their happiness and the energy from their family and friends made the entire celebration a lot of fun. It was truly an honor to help make memories with such an amazing group of family and friends.

The best part of Saturday’s wedding was getting to meet such an absolute sweetheart of a couple—it was a true honor to celebrate with them! We lucked out and beat the rain right in time for the ceremony, and their vows were so moving (they even worked their dogs, Pebble and Kali, into them). I met so many incredible people, and we squeezed in plenty of dancing throughout the night—and even kept it going for a little bit after the lights turned on.

Last weekend’s wedding was such a good reminder of what really makes a wedding special… a great couple, family, and friends.

It was a dry wedding, but alcohol wasn’t needed at all. The atmosphere was grounded, authentic, and full of joy. Hearing faith woven so naturally into the speeches and blessings set such a thoughtful, humble tone for the night—and people danced and celebrated!

The couple was as genuine as they come, and watching them soak in every single moment was awesome to witness. The parent dances were also really special. Moments like that reset your perspective and remind you why being in the middle of these celebrations is such a privilege.

Saturday night was a lot of FUN! This was one of those weddings where everything just felt right. Ellie and Ryan were awesome to work with, and you could tell how much they enjoyed being together. They stuck together throughout the entire reception, dancing, laughing, and taking it all in. And honestly, they looked pretty darn good together too! Their friends and family were an incredible group and brought so much energy to the night. They hit the dance floor and never left — three hours of dancing and not one slow song! The photo booth was also a huge part of the night and got plenty of use. We definitely made some memories on Saturday, and I’m thankful I was able to be part of your wedding! Congratulations to you both, and I wish you nothing but the best and plenty more nights like this together!

There is something incredibly special about a micro-wedding, especially when the energy matches a guest list twice its size. Although this amazing couple actually tied the knot back in November of 2024, the moment they were officially announced into the tent on Saturday at a private residence, you would have thought they’d only been married for five minutes. The sheer excitement, the smiles, and the joy between them made it impossible not to root for them. It was a beautifully intimate celebration from start to finish. They finally got to dance their first dance as husband and wife and cut their wedding cake. This wedding took place during broad daylight, and because of the close family and friends, they danced and made some memories! Thank you, Stephanie and James, for choosing me to be a part of your wedding!

Madelyn and Alexander, THANK YOU SO MUCH for saying that!..."A memory that will last a lifetime. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better DJ for our wedding! Shawn brought the energy and kept the party going all night long. He was the perfect host to announce our wedding party and emcee our speeches. He even added an extra touch and played the Star Wars Theme Song, as well as projected a light show of ships battling on the wall after our Best Man had referenced it in his speech. He most definitely can read and engage with the crowd. Once our people hit the dance floor, they never left. During the planning process, Shawn was professional, easy to work with, and truly went above and beyond to make our night unforgettable. Shawn not only excels at his work, but he is a genuine and wonderful person. Thank you, Shawn, for making our special day perfect! We are so grateful and blessed that we were able to have you be our DJ! Thank you truly for being a part of our wedding day and making the reception absolutely perfect!!"

From the very first phone call, we were confident and excited that Shawn knew what he was doing! He is there to guide you every step of the way. We bought the package with the Photo Booth - and we’re so glad we did! It was a hit, and people were in it all night long. We especially loved the photo book that was gifted to us at the end of the night, which included all shots from the Photo Booth! The dance floor was full all night long, and our guests loved the extra accessories Shawn was handing out. He arrived on the day with plenty of time to get himself set up and ready to go. His communication with our other vendors is what made our day so stress-free. We can’t thank you enough, Shawn + team! We are so glad to have worked with you and met you! Best wishes to you!"

Micaiah and I both love music, so having the right vibe on our wedding day was so important to us- Shawn absolutely nailed it. He did an absolutely INCREDIBLE job keeping the energy high and the dance floor packed all night long! From start to finish, everything flowed perfectly, and we know a huge part of that is thanks to his amazing music and seamless coordination!
