HI EVERYONE!!!

We have been very busy with celebrating our son graduating and taking an amazing trip outwest.

I have been busy working behind the scenes with ideas and new cookies.

If you are looking for cookies, muffins, bagels and assorted treats of any kind I am taking pre-orders! Just a reminder that you can order anytime.

I have some family time and catering events coming up and it fills up my Saturdays. I hope to get a pop-up bakery scheduled soon

I will be in the kitchen next week full filling some orders.

Happy to fit you in!!

Something to think about for ordering, you can order:

Minimum of a dozen of our regular cookies.

Minimum of six of our delicious stuffed cookies.

I am always posting baked goods, and for many reasons! They are thebulk of my business and so delicious!!! But I am more than just baked goods and full of ideas and recipes!!!

But I thought I would share a few dinners I made, they are simple dinners nothing fancy but all the yumminess is there!!!

Homemade sourdough for the win ( and no I didn't make it, not there yet!!)

We had a grilled BLT with cheese. Grilled up the sourdough to perfection, fresh bacon 🥓 ( yes fresh as we just bought half a 🐖) fresh lettuce and tomato from a local farmstand!
I love cheese on my BLT and I got that from all my regulars at the restaurant. Yummy sandwich. 😋

Grilled Steak and Cheese with caramelized onions and swiss!!!

Grilled up the sourdough to perfection, grilled up those onions to a nice carmeled flavor. Added some Swiss and the star of the show, shaved steak! Another yummy sandwich for dinner. 😋

Add a side or not, I have been to busy to add sides lucky we get dinner over here.

I agree 10 out 10, I absolutely love Cookie butter and I am working on another cookie with it!!!

My son's graduation party was this weekend and I missed some pictures of the food but I wanted to share everything that I made for his party! Yes I caterer his party its a habit!!!
All a Labor of Love!

We had Buffalo dip, fluff dip for fruit, ranch dip for veggies.

Then for main we had Maple BBQ pulled pork (smoked) hot dog bar with various toppings like cheese, onion and bacon. Spicy ketchup and Maple Ketchup. With sides that could have been topped on your hot dog of Chili, Baked Beans and Mac and Cheese.

Salads were: Cole Slaw, Caprese pasta salad, classic pasta salad and Loaded baked potato salad.

Desserts were Marbled cupcakes, Mini Tiramisu and Mini Chocolate Mousse cups.

We also had a Lemonade/Soda Bar.

These are just a sample of the items I caterer and bake!!!

We have a strawberry and cream crunch!
This Stuffed cookie is made with my favorite fruit dip( cream cheese, fluff, powder sugar and vanilla filling Stuffed with a Golden Oreo) then we have a delicious cookie filled with strawberry emulsion, powder and chunks of dehydrated strawberries. Mixed with crushed Golden oreos and white chocolate chips! Topped with white chocolate and a strawberry crunch topping made with crushed Golden Oreos and Strawberry jello!!!
This cookie is amazing!!!

Biscoff Cookie is here!!!!

This amazing delicious cookie is Stuffed with Cookie Butter and filled with crushed Biscoff cookies and Chocolate chips! Then topped w some more Cookie Butter and topped with a whole Biscoff cookie with some more cookie butter drizzle!!!

This other cookie is not new to my Kitchen but is actually very popular.
This is the Nutella Stuffed Cookie. This cookie is Stuffed with Nutella and Mixed with crushed Oreos, crushed chips ahoy and chocolate chips!!! Topped with a Chips Ahoy and Mini Oreo drizzled with chocolate and Nutella!!

These are such fun shareable or not dessert cookies! Heat it up 10 seconds and even top with some ice-cream!!!

These will be available Saturday.
