Did you know…we only use real whole blocks of cheese and grate it for our pizza.
Pre-shredded cheeses are coated with preservatives and are usually a lower quality cheese and you won’t find it at Jigsy’s!

We grate 3 different cheeses to create our signature blend and we use it in our Stromboli and our Pizza.
It’s quite a bit more expensive but we feel it’s worth it in every bite!!!
