I have had an overwhelming response to the job I posted for The Charlee Cart yesterday!

Thank you to everyone interested. I’m working as fast as I can to start interviews tomorrow and please give me two weeks (or sooner) to hear back from me and make final decisions.

I am looking for the best fit for someone that can eventually be a Lead for some of my booked events, as well as I’m looking to build a team. Both are on an as needed basis.

✨ WE’RE HIRING! | THE CHARLEE CART ✨

The Charlee Cart is growing, and I’m looking for a reliable, outgoing Event Assistant / Event Lead to join our team! 🤍

This is an as-needed position based on our event schedule, with both weekday and weekend events. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for extra income without committing to a set weekly schedule.

I’m looking for someone who isn’t afraid to jump in, work hard, interact with clients and guests, and eventually be able to confidently take the lead onsite at events.

What you’ll help with:
• Food prep
• Loading, unloading & setting up The Charlee Cart
• Event setup and breakdown
• Serving guests
• Carrying and serving from our roaming stations
• Assisting with charcuterie and food displays
• Learning how to style beautiful charcuterie setups
• Leading events onsite when needed

You must be:
• Reliable and punctual
• Friendly, professional & client-focused
• Comfortable taking initiative and working independently
• Physically able to lift, carry and set up our cart and equipment
• Available for weekday and/or weekend events as needed
• Have a Food Handler Certification or be willing to obtain one
• Have reliable transportation — SUV or larger vehicle preferred

💵 Paid the day of each event

This would be a great fit for someone who enjoys events, food styling, serving people and wants to learn more about the charcuterie and event industry.
