Any interest in adult morning workout sessions at the studio? I can offer options like Fitness Marshall which is dance fitness, Popsugar which is dance fitness, 1hr classes which we do Calisthenics, and walking groups.
Please let me know of any of these peak your interest, times that work for you. Im thinking these will be small charge classes. Under $10.00 i just want to have a great place for people to feel comfortable and have fun. Lets be uncomfortable together and learn how to be comfortable in our own skin 🖤
Edit: we can also do yoga with adriene and talk about snacks and foods and swap recipes and such.

Another successful teen night! Thank you to all the volunteers, everyone who donated snacks, and thank you to the kids that are taking advantage of these awesome opportunities. I’ll keep you posted on August dates.

We will be officially holding our first teen night! July 8th 6-10:30. Entrance closes at 9.
There will be plenty to do or just come and hang out. Video games, movies, crafts.. we will provide snacks and drinks.
We do require a signed waiver from a parent or guardian. It will be available soon.
$10.00 a student. 13 and up no exceptions.
We cannot let you attend with out a form on file.

We have a 25’x25’ indoor event space that will be available for rent starting in July 🖤
Our current plans for the space are:
•Twice a month Teen nights
•Sagebrush Apothecary workshops
•Pilates & Yoga classes
•Mom nights out
•Game nights
•All inclusive birthday parties
•Old School video game nights
