🎉Christmas Meat Mission Trip Fundraiser 🎉

My wife Shawn and daughter Hannah will be going back to Peru in January 2025 on a medical mission trip! Upon arrival in the port city of Pucallpa, Peru, we'll board El Evangelista, a large steel-hulled boat owned by a local church, and will head into the Amazon jungle. Traveling along the Ucayali River system, we’ll wake up each day in a new village where we’ll set up a health clinic, providing much needed healthcare for the indigenous Peruvians living in these remote communities. I am so thankful for this opportunity. In order to make it possible, We will be selling Hams, pork loins, and brisket for Christmas!

The cut off day to order will be December 17th, 2024!

Hey everybody. It’s that time. A lot of people have been asking me about smoking some meats for thanksgiving. My daughter Hannah Dowty ( a nursing student at Baptist Health Sciences University)has been selected to be a member of a medical missions trip to Peru in April 2023. We will smoking butts, turkeys, and whole brisket using the BEANCREEK SMOKERY RECIPE for thanksgiving as a fundraiser for her mission trip. Meats will be delivered to a pickup site in Batesville,Charleston,Senatobia,and Southaven on 11-23-22. This will be preorder/prepay through
