Chisholm Trail Expo Center Enid and Garfield County's premiere events and activity center. The Chisholm Trail Expo Center, built in 1998, includes an enclosed 100,000 sq. ft.

pavilion with meeting and banquet facilities and a concession area that can service business, trade, livestock, farm and machinery shows. The Coliseum provides seating for up to 9,000 and is designed to accommodate major entertainment events ranging from rodeos to concerts. The Chisholm Trail Expo Center is part of the 160-acre Garfield County Fairgrounds complex, which also includes a 5,000-seat

speedway, livestock buildings, outdoor arena, the Hoover Multipurpose Building and Youth Building. More than 500 events are held at the Expo Center annually, including rodeos, concerts, car shows, track meets, monster truck shows, meetings and banquets. Chisholm Trail Expo Center is owned by Garfield County. Financing was provided by a 1-cent county sales tax.

September 20th from 8am to 3pm held here at the FULLY AIR CONDITIONED Chisholm Trail Expo Center in Enid, OKlahoma, brought to you by Enid Amateur Radio Club!

🗓️Schedule:

8:00: Go Kit Challenge - James Popham KI5OEB will be conducting Oklahoma Go Kit Challenge! Enid Amateur Radio Organization is hosting a new and fun activity at the Enid Hamfest. No cost is incurred by the participants. Verified by 11:30. Noon presentation of best in categories!

9:00: American Radio Relay League is having Region 5 Town Hall Meeting to help get us caught up on current events. There will be question and answer session with a discussion led by an ARRL Volunteer.

9:30: Tape Measure Yagi-Uda Antenna Building Class - James Popham KI5OEB will be presenting and teaching a class on how to build a YAGI antenna using a tape measure and PVC. Kits are $20 each. Time is not set nor is the location We will gather in the main hall and find a spot to make this happen.

10:00: ‘Freddie Mac’ McGuire Jr - ‘The Ham Radio Crusader’ KD5FMU will be giving a presentation on AllStarLink 3. He hopes to discuss all the ins and outs of the newest version of the software and the hardware.

12:00: Chuck Hast and Chris Chambers will be presenting Oklahoma DMR Society and AREDN. Discussion will include installation

13:00: License Testing - ($15) ARRL Volunteer Examiners will be available for FCC Technician, General, and Amateur Extra testing.

14:00: Give-Away Grand Prize - Yaesu FT-710

🤩Grand prize drawing at 1400L. Prior to pulling the Grand Prize Ticket, ALL tickets will be added back to the hopper. The Grand Prize drawing will be done out of our large hopper and the winner will be the ticket pulled at random. If the individual is not present the radio or package will be delivered to the address on the ticket. The phone number, will also be called to determine the best way to accomplish delivery. If this cannot be determined by the information on the ticket another name may have to be drawn.

🎁Hourly Prize Drawings - Includes Miscellaneous Ham Items.

🎟️🎟️🎟️Every entry into the Hamfest will enter you into drawings. Extra tickets are available. Hourly drawings of HAM radio products and swag, starting at 09:00. Hourly winners will be drawn from the hopper for persons present at the show.

🚐RV hookups are available on-site. You can purchase tickets, RV sites, and find more info at at www.EnidARC.org
