This wedding came together beautifully! The “camping princess” and her groom transformed a pavilion into a ballroom, the woods into a family room, and brought us ALL the flowers for an outdoor mountain experience. Despite the poor weather forecast and a pandemic venue change, they pulled it all off with a little help from their friends. A gorgeous venue and weather, amazing family and friends, lots of fun, and a beautiful couple inside and out, surrounded by so much love. Here’s to forever Cass and Nate.

So Much Happiness. Purely and blissfully HAPPY is how I would describe Matt and Alex from the first time I met them and throughout their entire wedding day. Normally there are moments of stress or nerves during a wedding and planning, but if these two had any, it was buried deep below their beautiful smiles and happy tears. If you ask them a simple question, the way they quickly look to each other, beaming, you can tell how deeply they care for each other and how excited they are to continue their adventure of life together. Matt and Alex kept their wedding style simple and elegant, letting the mountains and lake speak their own natural beauty. Mother Nature pulled through with a few lucky rain drops right before the wedding, followed by a rainbow and a calm, still beautiful night for the remainder of the evening. Guests enjoyed a delicious dinner, shared lots of laughs during toasts, visited on the patio overlooking the lake, and danced the night away to a unique and awesome mix of music. All along the way there were Matt and Alex, still smiling, glowing with happiness, together. Best wishes to a bright and happy forever!

On Saturday we celebrated high school sweethearts, Stephen and Sarah! The wedding was inspired by our country’s beautiful National Parks and the couple did an amazing job of incorporating them with style. The DIY centerpieces displayed matte flowers made by the bride out of colorful maps placed in glass bottles surrounded by greenery, photos of the lovely couple, and a National Park postcard for the table name. I can’t tell you the number of times I heard “oh this is so cool and soo Sarah!” as guests entered the reception lodge. The day was beautiful and a great tribute to this outdoor adventure loving couple. The atmosphere was relaxed and fun while family and friends enjoyed a delicious dinner, scrumptious desserts, and lots of dancing. In fact, once the dancing started, I’m not sure Sarah ever left the floor. Throw in some 90s punk rock, and the groom and wedding party were right there with her to the end! I truly loved bringing this couple’s vision to light and working with a seriously wonderful group of vendors. Thanks for a great time and best wishes to Sarah, Stephen and of course Tiki! 💙
