Tonight was my last night catering in Palm Springs. Thank You Finest City Chefs for hiring me to do tonight’s Bachelorette party for eight lovely ladies. On the menu: Tuscany Menu. Caprese’ Croustini. Jumbo Shrimp with dill aioli sauce. Caesar Salad with home made dressing and zaatar croutons. Chicken Breast Tuscany, pan seared golden brown finished in a creamy sundried tomato, spinach, Parmesan sauce. 1 Plank Salmon with lemon and dill. Linguini with sauce and a medley of zucchini, yellow squash and tri color peppers.

Baked Eggplant Parmesan. Layered with roasted chopped chicken. Steamed broccoli florets drizzled in olive oil. Tomato sauce. No salt or sugar or bread crumbs are used for this take on a nutritional Italian dish. All gluten free.
