Just a morning of creating and switching up a few ingredients to make a light and fluffy banana mini loaf! Sunday creations, used a cake flour instead of AP. And egg white and 1 XL Egg yolk, Added Pistachio and Walnuts for that extra crunch, mmmmm.

Today marked Christmas Deliveries finished and a Birthday Cake too! 21 seperate Deliveries of Truffles in 3 days from Warner to Norwich By, up and down I-89.... To say the least, This will be a Holiday Year to Remember, Good and well ominous. THANK YOU for all continued support and 1 More Delivery left for Christmas and then that's a Wrap!
