✨ Villaggio Take & Bake — This Week’s Menu ✨
2-portion $24 | 4-portion $38

🍝 Classic Beef Lasagna
Classic lasagna, featuring an all-beef tomato sauce, ricotta seasoned with Parmigiano Reggiano and herbs, and whole milk mozzarella cheese. 

🌱 Spinach (Vegetarian) Lasagna
Vegetarian lasagna with layers of house-made marinara sauce, fresh pasta and whole milk ricotta mixed with spinach, Parmigiano Reggiano and herbs, then topped with whole milk mozzarella cheese. 

🍗 Roasted Chicken Parmesan (Gluten-Free)
Chicken thighs seasoned with Italian herbs and spices, roasted and topped with house-made marinara sauce, shaved parmesan cheese and whole milk mozzarella. Just like classic chicken parm, but without the breading! 

🍄 Chicken with Mushroom Ragù (Gluten-Free)
Rustic Italian dish of chicken thighs topped with a hearty roasted mushroom marsala ragù. 

🥣 Creamy Sausage & Tortellini Soup
Ricotta tortellini and Italian pork sausage are simmered in a creamy tomato broth seasoned with Italian herbs and crushed red pepper. Best served topped with freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano or Pecorino Romano cheese.

As we close out another year in our gorgeous culinary studio, we are thankful for everyone who joined us for a class, ordered catered food and allowed us to be a part of their special events in 2025.

Classic all-beef tomato sauce, herbed ricotta with Parmigiano Reggiano, and whole-milk mozzarella.

🌶️ Italian Sausage & Peppers (Gluten Free / Dairy Free)
Fennel-seasoned Italian pork sausage with roasted peppers, onions, tomatoes, and a touch of heat.

🌿 Gemelli with Pesto Genovese & Fresh Mozzarella (Vegetarian)
Nut-free basil pesto, Parmigiano Reggiano, and mozzarella ciliegine — also delicious cold as a pasta salad.

🍲 Italian Wedding Soup
Mini meatballs, acini di pepe, spinach, veggies, and a savory chicken broth finished with Parmigiano Reggiano. (Best with extra cheese + warm bread!)
