We will be serving up some delicious sides at the Empire Asparagus Festival this year.
Asparagus Potato Salad, Savory Asparagus and Prosciutto Pastry.

Way back when we went to our first festival in 2011 the Empire Deerings market made pastries like these and we loved them! In memory of the grocery store we're making them this year!

Mel is planning on cookies and her beloved rice pudding too.

Our absolute favorite thing to do in summer is to cook and eat outside!
Tim is definitely a grill master, making his own spice rubs and sauces. He patiently watches the chicken, or ribs as he slowly cooks them with care.

This Friday's meal to go is BBQ Chicken thighs with potato salad and corn bread. We thought it would be a fun start to summer meals.
