We cannot believe that Christmas is only two days away! We have fed literally thousands of people over the last month! Today and tomorrow are a ton of sandwiches, salads, Christmas eve/day orders going out and my VERY TALENTED, HARD WORKING, AMAZING TEAM of chefs and support staff have been incredible.

Thank you so much to our community in the Lehigh Valley and beyond for all of your encouragement and trust in us with important events and milestones. We are so blessed and God continues to provide for our entire team through all of you!

As we enter into the New Year, we have a mini announcement regarding Wednesday Take & Bake- Which is now Wednesday Grab & Go! We have made the menu offerings a true two person serving to make it more accessible to people who want a smaller portion. We will also always have something fun and something traditional on the menu. During the Month of January, February, March and April-we will be doing it weekly-as we ramp up for Wedding and Graduation season in the fall.

The new menu is online and ready for ordering with the first Pickup day being Wednesday 1/7/26 with a deadline for ordering as Sunday 1/4/26. We changed it from a Monday deadline to have more time to procure ingredients and do prep.

All Celiac safe items are clearly marked and will be prepped, packaged, stored prior to any gluten items. As a Chef with Celiac I understand the challenge it is to find a commercial kitchen that gets the importance of every step!

We have a ton of warehouses with multiple shifts but can still add a few more large groups in and we have a medium amount of spots for medium groups and small groups! Whether you want an ala carte menu to choose items and quantities that fit a tighter budget, or a package where we make sure you don't run out...we have it all. Takeout that tastes like you made it at home!
If our take and bake had a slogan, this would be it. We want you to feel like you are eating a great meal you would have at a terrific restaurant in your own home. We have been overwhelmingly thankful for the support of all of you for both our cooking, but also the many kinds words of encouragement and support as a community over the last 12 years. While we won't have a take and bake the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, as our team will be enjoying our families as you will yours, we do have a great meal for you this coming week!

Our Chicken Paprikash is another favorite. With tender grilled boneless chicken thighs, hand pulled in our homemade traditional sour cream paprika sauce...served with buttered noodles, it is the perfect meal. We also added roasted brussels with bacon along with Stuffed Pepper Soup. The Chicken and the soup are great to buy extra and freeze for later! Last, don't forget to add on a slice of our lemon bundt cake with a poppy glaze as a bright ending and perfect the next day with your favorite latte!

This week’s pick ups for today’s “Wednesday Take & Bake” are going to REALLY enjoy our Birria Enchiladas. Making 8 quarts of sauce (which is five times my normal recipe), for 100 enchiladas was a lot of steps and a lot of time but the flavor is fantastic and we are so excited to share this whole menu! Don’t forget we do this every two weeks! We pick a menu and you decide whether or not you want to join us and what we are also eating for dinner. Super simple. Super delicious!

Hola!
I am personally super excited for this week's menu! I love Birria sauce and Smoked Beef Brisket and enchiladas made with corn tortillas...so with some creamy Oaxaca cheese (sort of like jack and mozzarella but better!), it felt like the perfect combination! Leaning into the mashup mode I was in, our chicken chili is a crowd-requested favorite as we use our chicken tortilla soup as a base and then turn it into a white-ish chicken chili. You can't go wrong with our Fried Street Corn Rice and of course, our Dulce De Leche Churro Snickerdoodles as the perfect finale! As always, add a terrific salad to complete the meal, or for a soup and salad meal! This Chili and these enchiladas are PERFECT to buy extra and freeze! We hope you love this menu mashup too!

THE THING ABOUT CHEF'S...
We have the same wild range of eating as every other person. When we are busy we just need something to eat. None of us are preparing a five course meal after work on a Wednesday, at home. So it makes sense that Chef Codie, a wife and the mom of a busy adorable toddler boy, and she is also due in the spring with her second baby,) would be a chicken tender connoisseur. When I asked her what family friendly meal she would like to have on this weeks menu, she felt it would be a great choice. We added in some fun sauces we add to a lot of our sauce bars and her mashup recipe of our 7 cheese mac and cheese with lots of bacon in it and on top. along with these delish buttery panko bread crumbs on top, won't disappoint! While we are at it, some great buttered corn and her double chocolate cookies with peanut butter cups, chips and white chips are the perfect meal with something for everyone! Feeling a little guilty? Add a salad! We know you will enjoy this week!

As we hang onto those last warm days of summer and try to push off fall temperatures as long as possible, I thought doing something with our final harvest of fresh herbs before we dry the rest for winter, and our tomatoes before we freeze them for sauce, would be perfect to bring in the first day of October! Our Mediterranean chicken has a delicious lemon olive oil herb marinade with both sundried tomatoes and roasted heirloom tomatoes. Just the right amount of feta, baked uncovered to give it a little more flavor will have you fighting over leftovers. And why not pair it with a traditional soup, sides and end with delicious Baklava! This is a terrific menu to order and save to serve on Friday or Saturday night with a nice bottle of wine!

It seemed like a good move considering this week we are featuring one of our talented team of Chef's, Jocelynn! We are celebrating her article and recipe for "Philly Cheesesteak Chowder", as featured in the "Beyond the Menu", September issue of Lehigh Valley Style Magazine, written and photographed by Alison Conklin Photography!
