Here’s another plug from one of our Chicken BBQ fans… if you would want to come out on Saturday, May 9, we are hosting our annual chicken BBQ. It is absolutely amazing. We use Penn State’s “secret” recipe for the BBQ sauce. (It’s a vinegar based sauce, not a ketchup based sauce. The chicken is roasted over an open pit for about 4-5 hours. It’s my favorite meal of the year! (Not even joking!)
