Celebrating an artist whose canvas sometimes happens to be human! 🎨❤️

Happy Birthday to the wonderfully creative Renee Hamilton of !

One of the things I love most about photography is the opportunity to collaborate with other artists.

Renee brings her imagination to life through her beautiful body painting, and I’ve had the pleasure of photographing both the artist herself and some of her incredible work.

There’s something special about watching two creative disciplines come together. Her paintbrush tells one part of the story, and my camera helps preserve it.

When a Pastor and First Lady come in for portraits, I don’t think the entire session should feel like business.

Absolutely—we’ll create the polished individual and leadership portraits your ministry needs.

But then I want you together.

For a few minutes, forget the church website, flyers and titles and simply enjoy being husband and wife in front of my camera.

Those moments can give us some of the most meaningful photographs of the entire session.
