You heard the kid. No route this weekend. The storm has us indoors cooking, watching Halloween movies, and being thankful we get to be safe indoors with loved ones. I hope you are all safe and warm this weekend. See you all next week: Thursday we will have the truck at Brinson Memorial elementary, Friday we will have the truck at Morehead City Primary Elementary, and Ms Julie should have the truck out on Saturday in MHC running a route, weather permitting.

Remember when I had that little pet spider for like a month, Julie? And then she “MySTerIoUslY” disappeared?! Happy Halloween month, Friends! May your little pet spiders enjoy the season!!! (And live to see another day!) JK! No spiders were harmed. We lived in harmony with little Charlotte. She ate the mosquitos trying to bite our legs and we (mainly just I) loved her.

Today is the last day I am running neighborhood routes for the 2026 calendar year (lucky you Cape Carteret and Bogue!). Julie will still run routes on Saturdays, and I will still have the truck at community events, catering parties, or making bulk deliveries this fall and winter. We do some warm treats in the colder months, so no fear if you see us at an event and it’s FREEZING, we will have something warm and delicious! Thank you to all the schools that are having us at your fall festivals, teacher appreciation days, or other school events. We have a blast together, don’t we?! See you all soon!

Wednesday will be my last M-F route until March. Julie will still work most Saturdays. I am still looking to hire another wonderful bubbly person to fill my shoes if anyone is interested in applying, please do:252-241-7021. Otherwise I will see you all at events and then back in March 2027. Check out the yellow square on the picture to see what upcoming events we will be at. The Emerald Isle Octoberfest should be fun! Please go on to the Emerald Isle town website and find out more! We have a private neighborhood party following that festival. Should be a scary good time! Please continue to book us for your catered events through the fall and winter. We would love to be there! Those late Friday night neighborhoods that I have been missing… we will do you on Saturday. Some of my regular Sunday afternoon neighborhoods… you will also be done on Saturday. No route this Sunday. M-f routes are coming to an end starting Oct 7th until we can find another driver. Otherwise, it is just Ms Julie doing Saturday routes this fall and any holidays she chooses to work. School let out early, so we are going to leave early and try to get all of Thursday done today. THIS IS MY LAST THURSDAY ROUTE UNTIL MARCH. Weekend routes will still be done by Julie, and she will run routes on no school days, and maybe even holidays if she wants! I am taking the fall and winter off from routes, but I will be back to my regular weekday routes in the spring. If we can find another driver to work the routes this fall and winter, that would be awesome, but for now, regular weekday routes will be ending on Wednesday Oct 7. Next Tuesday the truck will be at Broad Creek middle, so Tuesday already got their last visit this week. If you have a wonderful candidate to fill the role of Ms Frosty Flounder to drive routes, please apply! 252-241-7021
And just because weekday routes are ending does not mean we are closed. We will still be at lots of events, catering parties, and making bulk deliveries. So we shall see you around!

The blue spots just POP in real life on my favorite shirt. Grab your shirts and hoodies this let while lam out and NDEP weekday routes until March. Julie will still run weekend routes for a bit, and I will still be at events, games, and catering private parties or dropping off bulk orders. But grab a shirt while they are in stock!! I hand make these so once they are gone, they are gone until l make another batch. I dye them, then design the vinyl and heat press them on!

I’ve been hinting at it to some of my regular customers…. Here is your confirmation: Regular routes are coming to an end for the season. Ms Julie will still work routes on Saturdays in varying locations this fall (but probably mainly MHC unless we get overwhelming requests for other locations), and we will still do events in the fall and winter with the truck (schools, NYE, trunk or treat, private catering, and bulk order deliveries, etc). So the last regular route day is Wednesday October 7th. So that means this will be the last regular route with me this week and next week. I don’t have a route today because the truck is getting some modifications, and next Tuesday I will be at broad creek middle again, so I wanted to make sure we try to get to everyone this week and I will do my Wednesday route next week, as I have been missing them for Broad Creek’s games.

PLEASE feel free to call me if your neighborhood is jonesing for a visit over the fall or winter, and you all have a party or something else lined up. I’m happy to bring the truck around for a catering session and keep the fun going till spring! Or maybe your school is having a festival or planing some appreciation or reward treats, I would love to be there! Give me a call and we can get it scheduled!

This fall and winter my kiddo is in 5 different programs after school and on the weekends, and I like to be there for those little special moments! You all get it! I will miss you all dearly, but this isn’t goodbye forever, this is see you soon! Enjoy the cooler weather and have fun making memories with your friends and family. Thank you all so much for allowing my little Frosty Flounder family to be a part of your lives. We enjoy you all so much and are so grateful to each and every one of you! I shall see you all around town! Make sure you say hello when you see us out and about Carteret County!! P.s.
