Birdies at Star Hill is getting a little fall flair! 🍂🧡

A good bow can really change the whole look of an entrance. And around here, you know I don't believe in skimpy bows. 😉🎀

Thank you Ashley Creech Harrell for letting Place Makers add a little fall magic to Birdie's front entry.

Need your home or business porch, wreaths, topiaries, or entrance dressed up for fall? Send me a message - custom bows and seasonal decorating are booking now.

Changing seasons at Place Makers 🎀

Y'all, after a wonderful year with a shop full of ribbon, Place Makers is changing seasons.

I'm closing the storefront chapter and taking Place Makers where it honestly always lived — out in your homes, on your porches, at your events, and shipped straight to your door.

Here's what that means for you. Nothing about the work changes:

🎀 Custom bows and wreaths — still made by hand, still your colors, still the same luxury ribbon. Now made to order and shipped anywhere in the country.

🎄 Holiday decorating — homes, rentals, and businesses across the Crystal Coast. This is where Place Makers started, and Christmas is coming.

✨ Events and weddings — the same installations you've seen around town.

🏡 Staging and refreshes — for your home or your rental.

What changes is you don't have to find me down a hallway anymore. Now I come to you.

To the people who walked in, ordered a bow, voted for us, and told a friend — thank you. You made this a year I'll never forget, and you're the reason there's a next chapter at all.

Christmas calendars are filling up. If you want your home, porch, or rental done this season, now is the time to reach out.

🐙 Go BIG... or go home!! 🎀😅

This one isn't just a wreath—it's coastal artwork. Finished with one of my signature luxury bows, it's guaranteed to make a splash on any porch!

This beauty has a 34" wreath base and an obnoxiously beautiful coastal bow 😍😍 and y'all, that octopus is GLORIOUS!!

Who's hanging this on their beach house? 💙🌊🐙

🏒🌪️ Hurricane Season has officially arrived… and we’re not just talking about the weather! 🌪️🏒

After last night’s Stanley Cup win by our Carolina Hurricanes, I had to celebrate the only way I know how… with a little ribbon therapy at The Bow Bar! ❤️🤍🖤

And since it’s officially hurricane season here on the Crystal Coast… I’ll be over here singing a little Buffett, a little Kenny Chesney’s No Shoes Radio (my forever favorite 🎶), and tying bows like it’s a category 5!

🎀Come see what’s spinning at The Bow Bar inside Place Makers in Emerald Isle, NC — where every bow is hand tied, one of a kind, and made with a whole lot of Carolina love. 🎀

🎀❤️🖤🏒
