Please read!!!!!!!!!! Beginning Wednesday at 10 am, Easter flowers will be available daily for a donation at both of Dave's Flowers locations. 4998 State Route 54, Elysburg and 189 Southern Drive, Catawissa. They will be self serve, minimum donation prices will be marked along with regular retail price. Pay at least the minimum, if you wish and can pay full price it would be appreciated tremendously. We are trying to give struggling people a chance to enjoy flowers at this difficult time, while we stay in business ourselves. There will be a money box at both locations to place your money in. Also, we will have phone numbers to call to pay by credit or debit card. Please respect the 6 ft social distancing and if necessary stay in your car until the other customer leaves. Unfortunately, the donation experiment at the gazebo was a failure. Our business will not survive on the amount that was donated yesterday versus the number of flowers that were taken. Donations were less than a dollar per pot taken. Starting Wednesday, Apr 8th, Easter flowers will be available at the Elysburg location with a minimum price per size of pot. This price listed will be approximately my wholesale price. Also listed will be the retail prices we have charged the last several years. You can pay any price in between. A phone number will be listed in case you are interested in using a debit or credit card.

There are a small number of 4 inch tulips, scilla and hyacinths and a few 6 inch hyacinths available for a donation at the Gazebo on the hill in Elysburg. Self serve. Don't worry if you can't make it today, there will be a lot more next week, starting on Wednesday!

Due to the current situation, we will be giving away our Easter flowers for a donation this year. On days to be determined, we will be placing flowers along the road at both locations. We ask that you only take a few flowers so we can spread as much joy and happiness during this unprecedented time. If you would like to donate electronically, we will have a phone number near the cash box. We will post on Facebook when the flowers are available.

We are opening!!!! (sort of) Beginning Thursday, March 19th, Dave's Flowers will have potted spring bulbs (tulips, hyacinths, daffodils and bulb gardens available at the Gazebo on the hill on Route 54, Elysburg. This will be self-serve. Also, potted plants will be available at the Catawissa location when the weather permits. Please treat yourself to flowers to help relieve these stressful past several days and the weeks to come. Please share this and support your local small businesses.
