We appreciate everyone who made the monumental, transformational public art launch of "Our Community - Water" at The Historic Elmira Promenade railroad viaduct such a home-grown, interactive, synergistic, off-the-charts experience during "Elmira Infinite Canvas - Mural Fest 2026" Hosted by Community Arts of Elmira!
