🏁 FINAL LAP: CROSSING THE FINISH LINE! 🏁

Day 3 of SourceOne Events University 2026 – Focusing on the Finish Line was the perfect ending to an incredible few days together!
We wrapped up our learning with more presentations and a fun LEGO team-building challenge that put our creativity, communication, and teamwork to the test.

Then it was time for the grand finale... 🏆 The Winner’s Circle Gala!
We celebrated our amazing team with employee-voted awards, dinner, and plenty of dancing! 💃🕺 Seeing our employees recognize one another made the evening even more special.

Three days of learning, teamwork, camaraderie, and fun—and a great reminder that our people are what drive SourceOne’s success.

🏎️ LAP 2: PICKING UP SPEED!

Day 2 of SourceOne Events University 2026 – Focusing on the Finish Line brought the perfect mix of learning, teamwork and a little friendly competition! 🏁

We started the morning with breakfast at the Renaissance Schaumburg before jumping into presentations focused on workplace safety, AI, and sales—three important topics helping us continue to learn, evolve, and strengthen SourceOne.

Then it was time to take our racing theme from the classroom to the track! 🏎️💨

We headed to Andretti Indoor Karting & Games in Schaumburg for lunch and an afternoon of racing, laser tag, and bowling. And let’s just say…the competitive spirit definitely came out! 😂🏆

One of the best parts of SourceOne University is getting our entire company together outside of our day-to-day roles. Seeing the camaraderie, laughter, teamwork, and friendly competition throughout the afternoon was a great reminder of what makes our team so special.

🏁 LAP 1 COMPLETE: START YOUR ENGINES!

Day 1 of SourceOne Events University 2026 – Focusing on the Finish Line is officially in the books!

We kicked off the morning at the Renaissance Schaumburg with opening remarks from SourceOne Events owners Mike and Jackie Bojesen, setting the tone for three days focused on learning, collaboration, and strengthening our team.

From there, it was a full day of learning! Our team had the opportunity to get a closer look at each department through hands-on demonstrations, presentations, and shared knowledge—giving everyone a better understanding of how all the pieces of SourceOne come together to create successful events for our clients.

After a great lunch, we jumped right back into presentations and continued learning from one another.

And because every good race needs a pit stop… 🏎️🍻

We wrapped up Day 1 with Happy Hour at Finn McCool’s in Schaumburg—a chance to relax, connect, and enjoy some time together outside the classroom.

A great first lap with an even better team!

Today, we officially kick off SourceOne Events University 2026—three days dedicated to learning, growing, collaborating, and investing in what makes our company successful:

For our longtime client, Stern Pinball, we created a custom hybrid exhibit designed with flexibility in mind. The modular design allows the booth to easily adapt to different show footprints throughout the year, maximizing both impact and investment without sacrificing the brand experience.

For this year’s San Diego Comic-Con, the booth featured: -Bold new branded signage -Illuminated backlit logo displays that drew attention from across the show floor -A flexible layout tailored specifically for the event -The exciting debut of Stern Pinball’s new Transformers product line

Every event presents a new opportunity, and this booth was designed to evolve with Stern’s marketing goals, product launches, and exhibit space requirements.
