🧱💚 A Lasting Tribute to Community Service! 💚🧱

What a wonderful surprise for the Elm Grove Woman’s Club! 🥰

A generous anonymous donor purchased a commemorative brick at Kathy's House in honor of the Elm Grove Woman’s Club and the many ways our members give back to the community!

We are incredibly touched by this thoughtful gesture and honored to see our club recognized alongside so many wonderful supporters.

For generations, the Elm Grove Woman’s Club has been dedicated to friendship, service, and making a positive difference in our community. This brick is a beautiful reminder that even the smallest acts of kindness can leave a lasting impact. ❤️

To our anonymous donor — THANK YOU! Your generosity and recognition mean so much to our members!

Here’s to continuing our tradition of giving back, supporting others, and making our community a better place! 💚

💚 Another wonderful Elm Grove Woman’s Club lunch meeting!

Our new President, Lisa Armitage, kicked off today’s meeting as we caught up on past events, shared what’s coming up, and talked about all the ways our members continue to make a difference in our community.

We were also grateful to welcome a guest speaker from Sleep in Heavenly Peace, an incredible organization dedicated to making sure children have a safe, comfortable bed of their own. Their mission is simple and powerful: “No Kid Sleeps on the Floor in Our Town!” 🛏️💙

And we’re excited to do more than just hear about their mission — Elm Grove Woman’s Club members will be rolling up our sleeves and volunteering to help build beds on October 27! 🔨🪵

We love opportunities that bring our members together while giving back to others. This is what community is all about! 💚

🎄🍷 I need your help, friends & local businesses!

I’m helping with Christmas in the Grove at the Elm Grove Woman’s Club this year, and I’m in charge of collecting donations for our W**e Pull!

My mission: 75–100 bottles! 😳🍷🥂

We’re looking for donations of w**e, bubbly or spirits valued at $20 or more per bottle. Whether you’d like to donate one bottle, a few bottles, or help sponsor a larger portion of the W**e Pull, every donation helps!

This is such a fun part of Christmas in the Grove, and the support we receive helps the Elm Grove Woman’s Club continue giving back to our community. ❤️

Read Between the W**es, the Elm Grove Woman’s Club’s book club, hosted its first author visit tonight. Mary Ann Noe, a local author and retired school teacher, has a mystery book series based on Alfred Lunt and Lynn Fontanne and their beloved Ten Chimneys estate. Our September book choice was Deserving of Murder, the first in the series. We hope this is the first of many author visits.

Another great night of EGWC Pickleball! 🏓💕

Good friends, plenty of laughs, a little friendly competition, and lots of fun. One of the best parts of the Elm Grove Woman’s Club is the friendships we build both on and off the court. Whether we’re celebrating a great shot or chasing down a ball we had no business getting to, it’s always a good time! 😄

Thanks to everyone who came out and made it another memorable evening. Looking forward to the next match and post-pickleball conversations! 💚
