These custom cocktail napkins weren’t chosen from a catalog, they were created using the bride and groom’s actual handwriting. A simple “I love you” written between them became a meaningful part of their wedding day, giving guests a glimpse into the love they share behind the scenes.

As a wedding coordinator, these are the details I love most. The touches that aren’t just beautiful, they’re personal. The details that could only belong to this couple.

Still pinching myself…

Honored and still speechless to say I was voted Best Wedding Planner of 2026 by Pittsburgh Magazine! To every couple who trusted me with their biggest day, every vendor who brought the magic to life, and every behind-the-scenes moment that made it all happen, I can’t say thank you enough. I’m incredibly humbled to be included among such talented company. There are so many planners whose work I admire and aspire to, and being recognized as one of the best means so much.

A huge thank you to my family, friends, and past and present clients who took the time to vote and support me, your love and encouragement means everything.

Fun fact: I chose event planning as my career path in a seventh-grade class, so my 13-year-old self is so incredibly proud of the business I have grown and the relationships I have made in the wedding world. 🥹

POV: Your guest book just became your favorite game-day jersey 🖤💛

As a Day-Of Coordinator, I LOVE when couples think outside the box, and this one was a touchdown! Instead of a traditional guest book, they had guests sign a Steelers jersey customized with their new last name and wedding date as the number.

Now it’s not just a keepsake… it’s something they’ll actually wear, display, and relive every season 🏈✨

Pro tip: Your wedding details should feel like you. The more personal, the more unforgettable.

They signed more than a guest book… they left you love letters for the future 💌

This guest book idea was one of my favorites I have seen. A different anniversary card at each table numbered with the coordinating table number that those guests will sign. Then each year on the anniversary you will open the card to the matching year!

An anniversary card at every table means you’ll have a stack of memories, advice, and sweet notes to open together each year. 🥂
