Welcome to the rescue Boba the Beardie!

This sweet guy was surrendered by a wonderful couple in Mobile AL. He seems to have some issues with his back legs and we are fairly convinced it's early MBD, tho it could be a neuro condition. We will have to wait until we can get him to the vet to confirm.

He has definitely been well loved in his time with them as aside from the back leg issues he is perfectly healthy, bright eyes, clear mouth, very responsive, those back legs are just weak. He is about a year old.

Boba will def be a special needs case the rest of his life and will require assistance with feeding.

Update on twiggy before she goes to her new foster!

When we took twiggy in she was well under 200 grams 2 months ago, as of today she's at almost 230 grams and growing!

We feel confidant that she is ready to go to foster with the very expierenced keepers who would like to foster her!

We can't wait to see twiggys progress with them!

We are so grateful to Kelly Clark Wedgeworth and the City of Richland MS Park and Rec Department for having us out today to share our amazing animals with you all. So many curious and wonderful children AND adults came out to meet our amazing ambassadors. Our shows are our main source of income for the rescue and we are so grateful so many of you are willing to support us and help us grow our cause. Thank you all so much. We are nothing without yall!

We just want to take a moment to shout out this amazing woman, the one and only Momma T! If you have been to any of our events you know just how much love, joy, and enthusiasm pours from this woman. Without a doubt she is not only the Vice President of our organization but the true heart and soul of everything we do!

What a WEEK! Monday we had a show with Hattiesburg Parks & Recreation for their summer camp program, Tuesday and Wednesday we visited 4 libraries, Oak Grove Public Library, Purvis Public Library, Sumerall library and Lumberton Public Library , then today we had a wonderful event with the waynesboro public library. So many smiling faces, so many lessons learned, but above all wonderful memories made as well as hopefully a few hearts touched! What we do is exhausting, it's early mornings, late nights, it's costly but to see the smiling faces of parents and children as we get to share our passion for these animals with with will forever drive us to continue to grow and do more for our communities and our animals. Thank you to to all the amazing people who gave us a chance to be a part of your events!

Welcome to the rescue Buck the Rex Rabbit! Buck was found running wild on someone property. The gentleman kindly put out a have a heart trap and was able to safely catch Buck until we could come take possession today!

We have a pre-qualified adopter ready for him but should that fall through we will have adoption info posted for him in a few weeks! We still need to have him checked out and ensure he's not sick before he goes anywhere.

Fun fact about Rex rabbits, their fur feels like super soft satin, its almost velveteen. They are a very popular pet rabbit for that very reason!
