I know we are terrible about posting and I do apologize. But today I need to post about what an awesome team we have. We don’t have to talk to know what we are saying. We don’t need direction as we have all been together a long time! We are what we are because of our team and I just wanted to shout out to them! I just love our team! 350 plates in 35 mins with no talking just hand movements and eye contact! And this is after 2 days of concessions when we were all tired yet we showed up in ways I wonder if anyone else could have! Here is to another busy season with the best.

As you get engaged and start planning your upcoming wedding, it is always a good idea to book your vendors as soon as possible to ensure availability. It is also a good idea to ask for references from your vendors to ensure you are working with the best. We are looking forward to helping you celebrate your big day in the coming year and years to come.

These fun cups just never get old. We strongly advise these anymore because although the boards are fun your guests can grab and go. No fiddling around at the appetizer table, straight to visiting with friends.

I know catering season has started when I am up at 4:30 am. We will be at the fairgrounds 8-3 doing concessions. It is the BCHW Rendezvous and they have great western vendors and a huge tack sale. We will be cooking burgers and dogs and breakfast sandwiches outside and biscuits and gravy, deli sandwiches and Chinese chicken salad inside. The weather is going to be a dreamy! Come see us:)

Catering season has officially begun for us. During the winter we do events still just not as many(which we welcome the downtime). We are so blessed for customers who trust us to feed their crowds and crowds of people. Thank you from all of us we are lucky to have each other and all of you! Happy party planning my friends!
Eric your bbqer was outside and missed the picture but imagine how much fun he was having with the 4 of us bossing him around:). Great event for a great cause tonight!

This was a fun meal! Garlic bread, house salad, quartered garlic reds, Mac and cheese, lemon and spinach rice, chicken and flank steak! So so good!

We love the simple little cups. The guests are able to grab and go and no mess! Meat and cheese cups and caprese cups!
