On the property are gazebos, an outdoor stage, a rustic to***co barn, a newly renovated gathering barn with WiFi, hiking trails, and ponds as well as an updated cabin and an "old Kentucky home".

This auction is being held in the Gathering Barn at the Martin Homeplace because the auction company needs a building withair conditioning and wifi. The farm being sold is on Coal Bank Road.
