✨ A NEW CHAPTER FOR HERTHA HALL ✨
Last fall, our community rallied together to save the Historic Elk Rapids Township Hall from being sold into residential use. Because of your incredible support, we officially bought the hall and kept its doors open to everyone!
Now, we’re ready to take the next big step. We’ve officially launched our Capital Campaign with an ambitious goal: paying off our $300,000 mortgage by the end of this year! 🎯
Owning the hall completely free and clear means we can pivot 100% of our focus toward preserving and upgrading this beautiful 1883 landmark.
When HERTHA thrives, Elk Rapids thrives. A bustling hall means more people coming downtown to catch a play, grab dinner, enjoy some ice cream, and support our local businesses. 🍦⚓️
