Firstly, I’d like to thank everyone who supported Late Night Madness in Sacramento this past weekend. It was a heartfelt feeling to stand back and watch so many people embrace this movement. It meant a lot to my family to see so many support (40 years of )Mario DjMariov Vitug’s legacy as of DJ.
It was EPIC!

As an event planner and an old-school club/party promoter, it honestly became a bit of a mission for me to help make this happen — to get Seafood City to bring Late Night Madness here and of course to have Mario on deck. 😂

After many conversations and continued efforts, “manifestation met opportunity” when we connected with the right person at the right time — and the rest is history.

The event showcased Filipino culture through music, dance, food and our Filipino community! (More Videos & pics will be shared soon)

Saturday night our MC
Ray Valido began the night honoring Chief Warrant Officer Robert Marzan’s memory. He served the U.S. military for 30+ years and gave his life in Kuwait. As a 54-year-old Army reservist from Sacramento, Robert M. Marzan dedicated his life to service poo. His life exemplified duty, honor, and commitment. Let’s remember his service and his family. We’re grateful for his bravery and sacrifice. May his sacrifice be remembered forever.

Please pray for Robert’s family, especially his wife and children.

Rest in honor and eternal gratitude.

The Kapwa Circle is seeking volunteers for this year’s FilAm Season of Giving Food Basket Giveaway on Tuesday, November 25th, from 9AM–12PM at Innogrove Co-Working Space (8153 Elk Grove Blvd #20, Elk Grove, CA).

Volunteers will help organize food donations, assemble FilAm Food Baskets, and deliver them to Filipino American families across the Sacramento region.
