We at Eagleview, “The View”, are proud to once again be named a Virginia Living, “Top Wedding Vendor for 2026”

Thank you to everyone that has voted for us, thank you to the couples that have trusted us with their wedding day, and, finally…thank you to the most amazing staff in the entire wedding business! Our people are SECOND TO NONE and we could not do it without them.

We promise you that NO WEDDING VENUE will work harder to make your day as perfect as possible. We still have a few dates left for 2026 and we are booking 2027.

Santa Village 2025 is in the books! We have a winner in the “Gingerbread Mission”.

Almost 40 babies first Christmas, over 600 kids & a couple thousand parents, grandparents, relatives and friends! Thank you all for support over the years! MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

🎅🏻SANTA’S VILLAGE INFORMATION🎅🏻

The Village is ready!!!

Here is all the information you should need for this year‘s Santa‘s village. We know that some of these rules sound strict; however, each year we have a waitlist of over 200 people, and we are truly trying to get as many families through as possible.

* Please arrive at least five minutes before your allotted time and enter at the sign at the back door of the house at the top of the driveway. If you have someone that is handicap, or that needs assistance, please send someone in and you will be directed where to go. NO ONE should go directly to the village.
* Each family will have 15 minutes in the village, and we really need to be strict on that time allotment this year. If you arrive late for your time slot that will be cutting into the time you have in the village.
* Each year there is a “Mission” where children will have to count something in the village and give a guess to win a prize. This year is no different, except, the mission is for 16 years of age and under. Also, once your family has seen Santa, you will not be able to go back through the village and continue counting. The exit will be through the back door and guesses will be made there.
* We ask each adult to keep an eye on the kids and keep them from going into the snow areas. This is set up for two weeks and over 2000 people will come through. Any help you can give keeping it looking pristine for the next family is appreciated.
* Please, as we mention each year, remember that each person you meet will be a volunteer, at a free event, working hard to make Christmas magical for your children. We all do our best, so please treat them with kindness.

Now that all of that is done, we are SOOO excited to see all of you and your children. We have about 300 children each weekend and so it’s going to be crazy! But, with your help, we got this!! Santa is ready to cause mayhem and general mischief, so nothing has changed. There will be a donation container at the village, any donations are appreciated, but if someone cannot donate, that’s absolutely okay! Every child should get to see Santa, no matter what.

Thank you all for making this event what it is. We love doing it and we get excited each year to see your children. You all are the best and we never forget it. LETS HAVE SOME FUN!!! ❄️ 🎅🏻🎄

Sometimes it’s okay to cry…

As I leave the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Charlotte I do so with a heavy heart but also having just had the most amazing night. There will be many pictures to post soon. But first…

I met a 3 yr old young man named Jenson tonight, along with his family. Jenson had a tough day and his family got news that no family should ever have to receive. As I sat with his mother and we cried, I told her that Santa can’t fix everything, but he can pray. And he can ask everyone he knows to pray along with him. So, if everyone that reads this can think positive thoughts for little Jenson, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you all. I will wear this “Jenson Strong” bracelet all Christmas season and I will talk to little Jenson many times via FaceTime over the coming days. I will pass on all of your messages of hope. ❤️

Over 35 babies saw Santa today and we loved every one!! Some cried, some laughed…and as you see in the last picture, some vommited on me 😂. Thank you to everyone that shared their little ones with us ❤️.

It’s now time for Santa’s Village starting Friday. We are almost ready and more info will be coming out this week. If you have not gotten your forms back to us, please do so by tomorrow night or we have to go to the waitlist.

• Parents and grandparents are welcome.
• No siblings or additional children may attend.
• Please return your forms by December 4th.

Santa’s Village
• Each time slot allows a maximum of 10 people total (adults + children).
• Please return your forms by December 7th.

🎅🏻 Why Forms Matter

If forms are not returned by the deadline, your spot will be offered to someone on the waiting list. Every year, about 95% of “no-shows” are from families who never returned their forms.
We truly don’t like being strict, but we want to make sure every family has a fair chance—especially with so many on the waitlist.
