Lavender and Locks is a floral design studio and flower farm, offering floral and event design.

The flower farm is located in Elizabethtown, PA with additional acreage in Mifflintown, PA. In addition to custom floral designs, we supply flowers for the DIY person or bride. We grow a wide range of seasonal flowers, greenery and woody stems for various events. We love to forage around the farms to find that unique branch to include in our designs. We also are providing dried flowers and branches to enjoy in winter months.

Flowers may be done, but we have plenty of goodies at WhirliGig Unique Boutiques!!! Succulent pumpkin season is on and we have tiny pumpkins and large ones for every budget. We also have popular book vases with our dried florals in them. Perfect for gift season or to have a sweet bookend. Thank you so much for your support! It's our 10th Year! Can you believe it? Late August was our businesversary (that's not a word. LOL) and to celebrate we want to open more sales directly to the neighborhood. For so many years, we focused on weddings and we still do, but have grown to where we want to provide fresh flowers weekly in season. We will have a dahlia bar where you can choose your own flowers and pre-made bouquets. This is our soft launch of this, and more will be coming in the coming weeks before frost. 835 Hereford Rd, Elizabethtown. Payment is Venmo, Cash, Check or (hopefully) credit card via Square as long as it isn't too buggy. Thanks for supporting us all these years. It's mind-blowing how far we've come and it's because of your support. We will still be delivering bouquets to Pronio's, Flinchbaugh's and Whirligig, but just providing more availability to freshly grown, local flowers. ***Special note: We are NOT a U-Pick so we do not offer that experience this year, but we've done the hard work for you and the flowers are ready to go home with you!!!
