Not even two months. 🥹

Beyond the Moment Events officially had our grand opening on July 24, 2026, and lately I’ve had to remind myself just how NEW this business really is.

I’ve been decorating parties, planning celebrations, putting together photoshoots, and creating things for YEARS. I can take someone’s idea, theme, colors, or even a few inspiration pictures and pull the entire vision together — that’s the part I absolutely love.

But building Beyond the Moment has also pushed me into things that ARE new to me. Balloon columns, organic arches, garlands, towers and some of the larger balloon installations are something I’m still learning. I’m not going to pretend I’ve been doing them forever because I haven’t. Every setup teaches me something new, and every time I do one, I can already see where I’ve improved and what I want to do differently the next time. And when we get back from vacation? I’m practicing. And practicing. And practicing some more. 😂 I’m going to build arches just to take them down. Make columns just to redo them. Try different sizing, shapes, techniques and designs until my hands can create exactly what my brain is picturing.

Because I don’t want to just be okay at what I do. I want to keep learning and getting better.

When I catch myself looking at my work and thinking, “I could’ve done that better,” I have to remember:

It hasn’t even been two months.

I’m learning. I’m investing. I’m experimenting. I’m building a portfolio. I’m discovering my style. And most importantly, people are trusting me with birthdays, weddings, celebrations, photoshoots and moments they’ll remember for years. I don’t expect my work today to look like my work a year from now. I hope it doesn’t. I hope a year from now I can look back at these pictures and see just how much I grew. For now, I’m proud of the beginning. 🤍

Also Beyond the Moment is SO much more than balloons. I create custom invitations, flyers, welcome signs, treat bags, QR codes, games, event signage, personalized details and more. I help bring together the colors, decorations, tables, backdrops and all those little details that turn an idea into an actual event. I can help you plan the vision AND help bring that vision to life.

✨NEW CHAPTER ✨

I’m so excited to finally share that Beyond the Moment Events will be relocating from She & Co. Salon and beginning a new chapter in New Albany, Indiana! 🏡✨

When I started Beyond the Moment Events, I had no idea how quickly this business would grow or how many amazing people would trust me to be a part of their special moments. In such a short amount of time, I’ve learned so much, met some incredible clients, and watched something I dreamed about turn into something real. 🤍 As my family prepares for our move to New Albany, it feels like the perfect opportunity for Beyond the Moment Events to grow right along with us. I’m incredibly excited to bring my services to New Albany and the surrounding Southern Indiana/Louisville area! 🎉

And to all of my Kentucky clients I want you to know that I’m not leaving y’all behind! 🤍 Remember, Beyond the Moment Events travels! If you need me for your event, reach out! Whether it’s back in Kentucky or somewhere a little farther away, I’m always happy to discuss travel options. Distance doesn’t mean I can’t still be a part of your special day. ✨

I want to give a very special thank you to Chanese, as well as everyone else at She & Co. who has supported, encouraged, welcomed, and shown love to me and my business during my time there. 🤍 Chanese, thank you for welcoming me into She & Co. and giving Beyond the Moment Events a place to grow during such an important beginning. I’m genuinely grateful for the relationships I’ve made, the laughs, the encouragement, the support, and the memories I’ll be taking with me. Josephine’s 69th Birthday 🌻🤠✨

What a beautiful celebration! From the sunflowers and western details to the balloons, custom decor, photo areas, and all the little touches in between, I loved bringing this celebration together for Josephine. 💛 Seeing everything come together after all the planning, shopping, creating, setting up, and LONG hours makes it so worth it. 🥹 This is exactly why I started Beyond the Moment Events to create moments that live beyond the celebration.
I also had the opportunity to coordinate the entire event from start to finish! 🤎✨ Beyond the decor, I helped keep everything running smoothly throughout the celebration by welcoming guests, keeping up with the timeline, coordinating activities and games, making sure important moments happened when they were supposed to, and helping everything stay organized behind the scenes. Event planning is so much more than making things look pretty, and I loved being able to handle the details so the family could actually enjoy the celebration. 🌻🤠💛

Busy, busy, BUSY! 😮‍💨 One event successfully completed, and now I’m already on the way to prepare for the next one happening tomorrow! I haven’t even had a chance to eat today unless one bite of pizza counts! 😂🍕

Running a business definitely isn’t easy. There are long days, late nights, constant planning, shopping, loading, unloading, decorating, cleaning, and so much behind-the-scenes work that most people never see. But watching everything come together and seeing the smiles on my clients’ faces makes every hectic moment worth it. 🥹💕 Thank you so much Jasmine Tisdale for trusting me with your moment.
