I get asked all the time— what exactly does a wedding coordinator do?

A wedding coordinator is a professional who assists in organizing a couples wedding. They become the liasion between engaged couple and all involved wedding vendors.

Coordinators will work closely with their couple to understand their vision and preferences, create and enforce timelines, and combat any unforeseen speed bumps along the way.

Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life, and with so much planning and careful thought, you deserve to have an stress-free, memorable day. Your coordinator will supervise set-up and execution— providing a smooth, on schedule and stress-free wedding day.

Whether it’s a haircut before the reception, lighting sparklers for send-offs, sending your brothers down the aisle in the right order, or making sure your DJ doesn’t hand the mic off to the wrong person— we’re here to be your saving grace!
