Still in the smoking game just merged with Hennigans, as most know by now! The next two weeks special smoked Weds items . Pork belly ends, M/C with bacon pieces in a herbed wrap for 6/25/25. Then 7/2/25 is a sliced brisket, cheddar/jack cheese blend with roasted sweet red peppers and jalapenos on a pressed cibatta bread! Last picture is how well my daughter Alyssa does smoking, so proud of her!

Hey food enthusiasts! As you should know, I moved all BBQ operations to Hennigans Restaurant! My daughters took an interest in my endeavors and are trained plus working hard to keep up with my madness!! Being said I now have a personal side thing besides my old home! AR Customs (American Radical Customs ), it will be my final small projects to help me enjoy life a ton more with the loves in my life❤️💕🥰😍
