Before: overflowing shelves, no system, mystery items from 2022, things literally falling off the shelves.

After: every category has a zone, every bin has a label, every item has a home.

Here's the process 👇
✅ Empty everything out
✅ Purge expired + duplicate items
✅ Sort into categories
✅ Assign zones for each category
✅ Add bins, baskets + labels
✅ Put it all back — intentionally
