Rolling Meadows Event Center is growing, and we’re looking to add two additional Venue Coordinator Assistants to join our already amazing assistant team! 🤍

This role is perfect for someone who loves weddings and events, enjoys being part of special moments, and is comfortable with a mix of activity and downtime throughout event days. Some moments are fast-paced, and others are more relaxed — helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Requirements:Must be available most Saturdays
Some Fridays & Sundays required
Reliable, friendly, and team-oriented
Comfortable working in an event environment
