We are the lake area's newest {yet, oldest} event Venue, and we are conveniently located off of Hwy 54 in-between Lake Ozark and Eldon, Missouri. Our property includes a renovated 1912 Schoolhouse, ample outdoor space, an on-sit

e cabin, and there's lots more to come! We are on the smaller side, and typically host groups of 60 or less - making us perfect for small wedding ceremonies, receptions, baby showers, bridal showers, birthday parties, family gatherings, and any other celebration you have in mind. Out packages are affordable and can be all-inclusive if you prefer, which we’ve found can take a lot of stress off of planning your event. It’s a chilly day, but we’re serving up warm cups of hot chocolate from our trailer! Come see us and some of the other amazing vendors on The Strip today (Saturday, Dec 13). We will be here before, during, and after the annual Christmas Parade🎄All proceeds will be donated to a local charity!!
