Hi neighbors! The Bubala Eldersburg team is expanding, and we are looking for an awesome (part-time) Party Host & Playground Team Associate to join our crew!
Are you high-energy, detail-oriented, and love creating memorable experiences for families?
This role is perfect for someone who loves being hands-on, working with kids, and bringing great energy to celebrations! You will handle guest check-ins, keep our facility sparkling clean, and serve as a premier party host to make sure our weekend events run smoothly.

- Weekend Availability: Because our parties and events are a core component of this role, priority will be given to candidates with strong availability on Saturdays and Sundays!
- Bonus Skills: Social media, content creation, or an educational/childcare background are huge pluses!
- Pay: $15–$16/hour base rate, with a total earning potential of **up to $25+/hour** including tips from hosting parties!
