One of nature’s most stunning vegetables, Romanesco is an edible member of the brassica family, closely related to broccoli and cauliflower. Its eye-catching spirals are made up of smaller spirals, creating a beautiful fractal pattern that looks almost too perfect to be real.

Not only is it a showstopper, but it’s also delicious, with a mild, nutty flavor and a satisfying crunch.

6/17 Heritage Prairie Farm "Farm Bites" Night (5-8 PM) - Back for yet another season on the farm, HPF's Farm Bites nights are always fun for the entire family! Tasty food, drinks and lawn games are available while David Purdy provides the cool, eclectic soundtrack. 6/19 Burger and Sushi House - Geneva (aka B.A.S.H.) (6-8 PM) - Dave returns for another great evening that brings out the unique combination of amazing burgers and spectacular sushi! A great way to kick off the Father's Day weekend!

6/21 Geneva Wine Cellars and Tasting Room (2-4 PM) - FINALLY (weather permitting), AL returns to the patio at The Berry House! Located on the corner of 3rd St. and Franklin, GWC brings a whole new vibe to this iconic wine cellar. The tunes will be chill, as well as the wines and yes, even beer! Celebrate Dad with a nice afternoon of great music, drink and general merriment!
