Brandy delivered a healing sound bath that left us all relaxed for the evening. It was a great turn out and I love how some modified and sat in comfy chairs instead. Enjoying mindful practices is not cookie cutter. Do what your body allows you and test the limits from there. If you have ever wanted to try a sound bath maybe that is the first test. Come try it out and see if it’s something that can bring you growth and healing. More dates to come; Namaste’ 🙏
