We are offering Adult and Youth - Circus Fitness classes right here in Elbert starting in the fall of 2014. It is a work out but we guarantee you will not be treating it as such because it is just to much fun to think of it as a work out! Improve your range of motion, weight loss goals an
d maintaining, toning, all with little or no impact on the knees and ankles which is why aerobics and zumba was never my (jo) thing! You will work every muscle in your body, many you did not know you have by simply playing with a few circus toys. The Circus Fitness Classes will include Hoop Dance and Manipulation, Poi and Staff Spinning. All equipment will be available for use during classes or will be available for purchase when you find out you are addicted and just how great all three are for stress relieve and fitness! Bringing your mind and body together for a few minutes a couple of times a day and you will see why I have lost 70 lbs and maintained that weight for 3 years now! I am 51 and did not start any of these skills before I was 48 so age is not an excuse nor is weight. With a little determination you will be hoop and spinning in the streets with me!
