Couple leftover ribeyes from our recent trip on the Rubicon with rubicontrailadventures. These are from Kings meats in Diamond Springs (amazing). Smoked up to perfection on the Traeger Timberline 1300 and using the Meater to get them to that perfect temp. One was just salt pepper and garlic, the other was the Traeger beef rub.
