To all our new followers—welcome! If you’re wondering who’s behind the magic at AWE Planner, let us introduce you to Jenn:

Jenn’s journey to wedding and event planning started in the restaurant industry—until 2020 changed everything. When the world paused, she pivoted, diving full-time into planning unforgettable weddings. AWE Planner took off, and the rest is history.

In 2023, she was so good at what she does that a San Francisco hotel poached her while she was coordinating a wedding! Now, she balances full-time work at the hotel and running AWE Planner—proving that with skill, organization, and a decade of experience, anything is possible.

How does she keep up? By building an incredible team, staying ahead of every detail, and prioritizing balance. No matter how busy things get, she makes sure every couple feels like the only couple. Because with AWE Planner, there’s always time for YOU.

On August 3rd, 2024, these two lovebirds tied the knot in the beautiful Old St. Hillary Church and celebrated their reception at the iconic China Cabin in Tiburon, Ca. It was an unforgettable day filled with love, joy, and personalized touches that made the event uniquely theirs! From the charming Pokémon-themed guest book at the welcome table to the stunning three-tiered wedding cake, every detail reflected their fun-loving spirit and commitment to each other.

All the vendors were absolutely fantastic for this event! Katie and Tony celebrated their special day just how they wanted to- surrounded by their closest family and friends. Who says An intimate wedding cant be just as fun as a large 100-person guest list celebration?!
