Located in the heart of Oakland’s Temescal District, Eye of the Avocado offers a weekly meal prep delivery service that serves 4 adults, 2 different 3-course dinners each week. The ingredients are all organic, seasonal, nourishing and lemon soaked delicacies that span the world in influence. Her clients are kosher, allium free, dairy free, on a low histamine or low fodmap diet or simply eat everything.
Owner Jes Taber has been written up by the LA Weekly, TimeOut, EaterSf & Bernalwood! Jes’s food is delicious. She cooks from a diverse range of cuisines. The meals are always vibrant, healthy, and flavorful. She is open to feedback and she uses high quality ingredients, both of which I really appreciate.
